1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Resesa Investment's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts to use this platform. You represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in automated trading or investment platforms is prohibited. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

All users must complete identity verification (KYC) before making withdrawals. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Investment Plans & Lock Periods

Investment plans have mandatory lock periods that apply to your principal (the amount you invest). During the lock period, only your principal is locked — daily profits credited to your available balance can be withdrawn at any time. Early withdrawal of a locked principal is subject to a penalty fee as specified for each plan. Once the lock period ends, your principal becomes available for withdrawal or renewal. Profit percentages are estimates based on historical performance and are not guaranteed.

5. Risk Disclosure

You acknowledge that: (a) all investments carry risk including possible total loss of capital; (b) past performance does not guarantee future results; (c) the platform does not provide investment advice; (d) you invest at your own risk and sole discretion.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not: use the platform for money laundering or illegal activities; attempt to manipulate platform data or systems; create multiple accounts; share account credentials; use automated tools to access the platform; engage in fraudulent activities.

7. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits are subject to verification. Withdrawals require KYC approval and are subject to processing fees (2.5% unless otherwise stated) and minimum withdrawal amounts. Processing times vary by payment method (1–5 business days).

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for: violation of these terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC; providing false information; or at our sole discretion. Funds in suspended accounts are subject to investigation and may be withheld.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resesa Investment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or investment returns. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law. You waive the right to participate in class actions. Contact support@resesainvestment.com before initiating any formal proceedings.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
